“What Asian vegetables can I grow in the UK?” In pursuit of an answer to this question, I undertook a series of experiments focusing on growing Asian vegetables in UK soil. Here I share the outcomes of these experiments: my crops, methods, experiences of success and failure, and the spiritual satisfaction that gardening provides.
